INFOPLUS & VTC, SUSTAINABLE COOPERATION, EXPANDING SERVICES, IMPROVING PAYMENT

On the afternoon of February 28th, 2025, at the headquarters of VTC Multimedia Corporation (67B Ham Long, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), InfoPlus and VTC officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This event not only marks an important step forward in the cooperative relationship between the two pioneering units in the field of financial technology and digital communications, but also opens up many opportunities to develop modern payment and financial management solutions, contributing to promoting the digital economy in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of the Board of Directors of the two companies and representatives of key department. Speaking at the event, Mr. Kim Jong Woo, CEO of InfoPlus, emphasized that this collaboration not only enables both parties to fully leverage each other’s strengths but also creates practical value, driving the development of the digital financial ecosystem in Vietnam. Sharing the same perspective, Mr. Dương Thế Lương, Deputy CEO of VTC, affirmed that partnering with InfoPlus will help VTC expand and enhance its financial services ecosystem, offering superior benefits to businesses and consumers.

According to the cooperation agreement, InfoPlus and VTC agreed to cooperate strategically in combining the two parties’ key products and services, including advanced payment and financial management solutions, aiming to create superior products to optimize the customers’ experience. Specifically, in the payment field, the two parties agreed to deploy online payment solutions on the VTC Pay platform, cooperate to provide VTC Pay as well as online payment features for customers of both parties, and expand cooperation on domestic and international payment solutions, helping transactions become faster, safer and more convenient.

Besides that, the two parties also committed to cooperate in the field of fund management based on the features of InfoCMS cash flow management software, cooperate in virtual account-based payments and QR payment services as well as provide customized cash flow management services for businesses.

Moreover, the two sides will evaluate and research the integration of InfoERP’s electronic invoice issuance and accounting features with VTC POS sales software, thereby expanding InfoERP and VTC POS services based on the networks of both companies.

Not only focusing on product integration, InfoPlus and VTC also aim to cooperate extensively in communication, promoting products and cooperation services to millions of customers in Vietnam. The combination of InfoPlus and VTC not only helps increase brand value but also significantly expands market share in the digital financial market, bringing modern and more convenient financial solutions to users.
