INFOPLUS & ZYX TECHNOLOGY: SIGNING CEREMONY FOR EXCLUSIVE ZYXCAD DISTRIBUTION IN VIETNAM

At 10:30 AM, May 21, 2025, the signing ceremony for the exclusive distribution agreement between InfoPlus Co., Ltd. and ZYX Technology (South Korea) took place successfully at InfoPlus’s headquarters on the 17th floor of the IDMC Building, No. 18 Ton That Thuyet, My Đinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

According to the agreement, Infoplus has been officially appointed as the exclusive commercial distributor of ZYXCAD software in the Vietnamese market, with full rights to distribute all versions of ZYXCAD (including perpetual licenses, subscription models, and upgrades), excluding sales for public or educational use.

This partnership is founded on the principles of trust, transparency, and mutual benefit, with the aim of expanding the market sustainably and building a strong long-term collaboration. Infoplus will take full responsibility for distribution, technical support, market development, and after-sales service for ZYXCAD in Vietnam.

ZYXCAD, developed by ZYX Technology, is a professional CAD software solution offering powerful design features, a user-friendly interface, and competitive pricing. It is well-suited for industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, architecture, and electrical design.

During the ceremony, both parties expressed mutual expectations for long-term and effective cooperation, and reaffirmed their commitment to close coordination in product quality assurance, technical support, and local marketing activities.
