InfoCMS provides two superior financial management services to customers: Revenue management and expenditure management. With the Identified Account feature, each individual customer or payer is given an account directly linked to the customer’s main account, allowing them to transfer money to the identified account as transfer to a regular bank account. The system automatically identifies and transfers to the main account, helping customers easily distinguish and account for revenues accurately and transparently.

The Automatic Debit feature allows automatic debit from the payer’s personal account to the customer’s main account periodically, helping them proactively control and use cash flow effectively, optimizing the collection process without having to remind the payer.

Meanwhile, InfoCMS’s cash flow management service allows businesses to make single or batch transfers, including payroll transfers and international money transfers. The system allows for scheduling recurring transfers, making it easy for businesses to manage payments such as salaries, rent payments, etc. on a monthly basis. With the ability to process thousands of transactions at once and the option to transfer 24/7 via NAPAS or transfer normally via CITAD, InfoCMS ensures that all transactions are carried out quickly and accurately.

InfoCMS provides cash flow management solutions for customers through integration between customers, InfoCMS system, and the bank’s Core Banking system. InfoCMS provides two usage methods depending on the scale and needs of customers. The Web Client method (including mobile interface) is suitable for individual customers, individual businesses, SMEs, small-scale businesses, with the number of individual customers under 10,000 and the number of transactions under 100 per day. This group of customers have not yet used specialized software for internal management. Typical examples are small-scale retail companies and travel companies.

The Open API method is designed for large enterprises with more than 10,000 individual customers, many agents or branches, and daily transactions exceeding 100. These enterprises have used specialized software such as ERP or CRM for internal management. For example, large corporations such as EVN, The Gioi Di Dong, and WinMart+ all use this method to optimize cash flow management.
