INFOPLUS ORIENTATION – Q2/2025: Kicking off a promising new journey

On May 10, 2025, InfoPlus hosted an Orientation session for new employees who joined the company in the second quarter. This is a recurring activity as part of InfoPlus’s onboarding program, designed to help new hires quickly adapt to the working environment and gain a deeper understanding of the company’s core values and culture.

During the Orientation, participants were given an overview of the organizational structure, key ongoing projects, and essential internal policies and procedures. The Q&A segment was open and engaging, providing practical insights while addressing common concerns that arise when entering a new workplace.

A highlight of the program was the team activity themed “Making Kimbap Together” — a fun and creative challenge that fostered collaboration and connection. With ingredients prepared in advance, each team discussed, divided tasks, and worked together to craft visually appealing and uniquely styled kimbap presentations.

More than just a game, the kimbap-making activity reflected the teamwork, agility, and craftsmanship that define the working culture at InfoPlus. The friendly competition between teams and the continuous laughter created an unforgettable experience for all participants.

The Orientation concluded with shared laughter, strengthened bonds, and renewed motivation to embark on a new chapter. InfoPlus believes that thorough preparation from the very beginning lays a strong foundation for each employee to grow and contribute meaningfully in the journey ahead.
