• Analyze business operations, research and provide development directions for new features for the project solution
• Provide detailed product and functional requirements that will drive development, testing, and deployment
• Perform related tasks as assigned by Leader and direct manager

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• English communication skills (both speaking and writing) and good presentation ability.
• Advanced skills in using appropriate tools for business modelling, drawing business and technical diagrams/flowcharts, creating models/wireframes/prototypes, etc.
• Practical experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as PMO, designers and developers
• Proactive, highly responsible and able to work under high pressure
• Experience in Banking or Fintech

• Office hours: Monday- Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday.
• Annual holidays leave will be following Vietnam law and as company regulations
